Katie specializes in organic modernist principles across luxury residential projects and custom, artisan crafted furniture & home decor. She has 17 years of experience in Interior Architecture and Design and has an established reputation for creating elegant, contemporary interiors. She firmly believes that design should be comfortable, modern and personal, and she strives to bring these aspects to every project she works on.
Katie believes that as each client is different, their interiors should be different—each home designed and decorated as a reflection of its owner. Rooted in her love for the simplicity of natural materials that evoke a calming and true modern tradition, her work emphasizes a commitment to sustainability and embracing the local artisan community. She loves finding a great statement piece of furniture or art and building a room around that object. As a fashion-forward and design-savvy mom, she knows that personal style and lifestyle function are equally important features in a home and believes in creating spaces that are an extension of who you are as an individual or family.
